In our competence center for forming technology in St. Ingbert, we manufacture ready-to-install components such as disk carries, planetary carriers and further internal components for transmissions using different steels with stamping, drawing and roll-bending technology.

The competence center for tool construction at the company headquarters in St. Ingbert consists of the mould and toolmaking department for the die casting and forming technology divisions with a 100 employees. Our F&E focuses on our process and its development and optimization using the latest development methods. In the area of tension between increasing component functionality and the mastery of complexity, our R&D carries out research, simulates, calculates, develops and implements production processes which have been optimized from a manufacturing point of view so that your highly complex components can be produced economically and with a reliable process.
