<\/div>\n <\/div>\n\t[vc_tta_accordion][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=”fa fa-gavel” add_icon=”true” title=”General Information” tab_id=”General-Information”][vc_column_text]This Code of Conduct is the binding formulation of the central values of our company and the whole management for all business units and affiliated companies (which hold a share of more than 50 %) of VOIT Automotive GmbH (referred to below collectively as \u201cVOIT\u201d).\r\n\r\nThis code does not, however, claim to be complete. Rather its intention is primarily clear communication and a commitment to ethically impeccable and lawful behaviour. Unethical behaviour or even business crime will not be tolerated by VOIT under any circumstances. However, each employee always has the possibility to address suitable contacts \u2013 first and foremost his or her line manager – whenever there are any questions or cases of doubt in such matters. We will ensure that open communication and transparency are observed and practised also and in particular in this field.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=”fas fa-gavel” add_icon=”true” title=”VOIT Code on Human Rights and Working Conditions” tab_id=”Human_Rights_and_Working_Conditions”][vc_column_text]Responsible, sustainable and lawful action is one of the essential values of VOIT Automotive GmbH and is firmly anchored in its corporate strategy.\r\nIt corresponds to the self-conception of VOIT and is a declared goal to avoid human rights violations. VOIT’s responsibility in the area of human rights focuses on topics and fields of action in which it can assert its influence as a commercial enterprise.\r\n\r\nIn this respect it complements the duties of states and sovereign institutions to protect human rights. Human rights are basic norms that serve to ensure the dignity and equality of all. They are universal, inalienable and indivisible rights to which every person is equally entitled. This definition is laid down in the “International Charter of Human Rights”.[\/vc_column_text][\/vc_tta_section][vc_tta_section i_icon_fontawesome=”fas fa-gavel” add_icon=”true” title=”VOIT Sustainability Questionnaire for Suppliers” tab_id=”sustainability_questionnaire_for_suppliers”][vc_column_text]CSR is a “concept that serves as a basis for companies to integrate social and environmental concerns into their business activities and their interaction with stakeholders on a voluntary basis. (European Commission definition 2011)\r\n\r\nSustainability is an essential part of the corporate policy of VOIT Automotive GmbH. We bear responsibility in ecological, economic and social terms.\r\n\r\nThe goal of VOIT Automotive GmbH is to ensure and improve sustainability in the supply chain. We therefore include our suppliers in this process.\r\n\r\nThis self-assessment questionnaire serves as an initial stocktaking, which provides information about the current status of our suppliers’ CSR\/sustainability activities. According to the stipulations in the Code of Conduct, gifts which are above the threshold value of EUR 35,00 and invitations which go beyond a normal business lunch or dinner are to be reported to the Head of Compliance or the responsible Compliance Representative and to be approved by him in advance.
